Why We Started

Our story began inside the Microsoft Partner ecosystem. For more than a decade we worked alongside Solutions Partners, Azure Expert MSPs and Partner of the Year winners - building the leadership, commercial and technical teams behind their growth.
In 2019, Cloud Decisions launched as a dedicated Microsoft talent and capability business with a singular focus: helping Partners build critical teams, scale delivery capacity and secure the expertise to take on more ambitious customer work.

2015–2019
We've seen what Partner ambition can become.
One of our early customers was a 23-person UK Microsoft Gold Partner with ambitions to become one of the world's leading Microsoft Partners. As its dedicated talent partner, we helped build and deliver the hiring strategy behind its growth - securing the leadership, commercial and technical capability required to scale beyond 150 employees. During our four-year partnership, the business achieved Azure Expert MSP status, was named Microsoft Partner of the Year, and completed an 8-figure exit.
It shaped our belief that talent decisions belong at the heart of the growth plan.
